Every business day I go Active Pro Trader at Fidelity and login.  Not to be. it took my log in info and just put it into a loop.

I disconnected all sources of input to my HP laptop including Wi-Fi and still have it  Eveb turned the lap top off.  Still have it.

Consider clearing the cookies / cache in your browser.

 

Consider:  Use a different browser.

 

Consider contacting Fidelity support -- sign-in problems to their website / service is not related to your hardware (computer).

 

Try signing in to the Fidelity website on your mobile device.
