I'm Russian. Today, a sound hissed and wheezed on my laptop. I solved the problem by disabling and re-enabling the Realtek High Definition Audio sound card. I solved the problem by disabling and re-enabling the Realtek High Definition Audio sound card and decided to update the driver for it through your download and installation assistant. When I try to install a driver update, I get an error message:
"The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19045)."
The driver version I have installed, 6.0.1.8536, is dated September 11, 2018 and has never been updated.
The latest driver version available to you for my laptop is 6.0.1.8619 Rev.A dated May 10, 2019
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop— 15-cx0098ur (2018 model, purchased in 2019). Configuration:
a) OS: Windows 10 Home SL 64bit 22H2
b) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @2.30GHz;
c) 12GB RAM (4GB Samsung 2667MHz + 8GB Samsung 2667MHz);
d) Motherboard: 8478 70.39;
e) Video card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (built-in), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design (discrete);
f) Hard drives: 238GB SAMSUNG MZVLW256HEHP-000H1 (SSD), 931GB Hitachi HGST HTS721010A9E630 (SATA);
g) Sound: Intel(R) Audio for displays, Realtek High Definition Audio, NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM).

Can anyone help me?
