Help with administrator password/power on password

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had my laptop for a year now and it was slowing down so i decides to reset it and now it is locked onto the blue screen saying "enter administrator password or power on password". I pressed enter 3 times and the code (i 71723528). I used that code generator and entered the code but it did not work at all. I removed the back cover and tried look for the cmos battery but could not find it anywhere!! I took apart everything too.

I removed the battery and left it out over night and when i turned it on it said something about cmos battery and a code (502) and press enter but then t goes back onto the blue screen

. I tried absouletly everything and now im stuck. Anyone had any issues like this? If i call HP will they be able to help me? I still have 2 months warranty. Please someone help
