Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone, I cannot login  in my laptop this morning, every time I insert the 4 digit, it tells me

the Password is wrong, when  I click in on the option I forgot my password It brings me back to the same login screen, or username or password is wrong, where does this issue came from
