Product: HP Pavillion

Boot device not found. I cannot even reset my laptop. It’s prompting me to F2 System Diagnostics. This won’t work. I’ve tried going to the reset option but it won’t permit me to enter the code. Please help!!!

In order to provide any detailed assistance, we need to know (1) the detailed model number of the laptop, and (2) the OS version it is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, or Win10).  Please provide that information.
