Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I power on Laptop the keyboard backlight is on and the mute button, microphone button and wireless button orange lights are on. The capslock  and Numlock button then blinks 3 long blinks then the keyboard back light turns off and then blinks 2 long blinks. The 3 orange lights remain on the whole time. There is no sound coming out of the laptop and it revs hard and keeps reving until I do hard shut down. It was working fine when I last used it. I have tried external monitor but nothing shows up. I can’t get into bios and the ram is soldered on so I can’t remove it to check if it’s ram problem. Please help
