Product: Example: HP laptop Athlon
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did have a pin. Was having printer problem and tried to fix following steps online. I disabled certain functions as instructed and told computer to restart. Now I cannot get into pc at all. Locked.   It says "set up pin."  I click it and nothing happens. A couple times it said an  app is needed.
