What you're asking simply does not make sense.  BIOS code is low-level code that is contained INSIDE the BIOS chip on the system board inside your laptop.  That code is used when the laptop is first powered up and allows it to start the hardware and eventually turn over control to the Windows boot loader so Windows can then start.  Without the BIOS code, you basically have a useless device.

 

So no -- there is no way to remove the BIOS.
