I have a ghost bubble that keeps locking up my computer.   Can you help?

Hi @Lucy1842

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern about the ghost bubble locking up your computer. Thank you for sharing this with us. To guide you effectively, it would help to know if you’ve already tried any troubleshooting steps so far.

Could you also confirm the exact HP product model you’re using and describe when this issue usually appears—for example, does it happen during startup, while using a specific application, or randomly during use?

This information will allow us to provide precise HP‑recommended steps tailored to your device.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
