Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Notebook is a HP Pavilion x360 with Touch Screen, HO Model Number is 11-k128ca, HP PN N5R09UA and HP SN 8CG5470CMV. My problem is that the Notebook won't boot. Screen does also not display anything while it is trying to boot. CapsKey's White Light does initially blink once every 4 to 5 seconds then subsequently it blinked twice to then go back to blinking only once. This again, later is followed by blinking twice again before going to single blinks. Most times there is a beep sound following right behind the light blinking. My problem started after I had to partly disassemble the notebook so I could replace the hinges. During the disassemble and re-assembly I was very careful to make sure all connectors were properly seated and reconnected.

try to take out the battery and power cord and try to press power button for 10 seconds without power source and after this reconnect and start your computer and let us know

Hi,

Here is how to perform a power reset:

Since it is after a disassembly, I would disassemble again and rebuild and see if it changes anything.

Hope it helps,

David
