Pavilion dv6-2141sl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this old laptop, when I was in like school. And I tried to install Windows 10, But it only installs in Legacy mode. But, when I tried to go to BIOS and turn on Secure Boot, It asked me an Administrator's Password. What is this Admin's Password? Where can I find it? When even search for any BIOS updates on my laptop, It says there aren't any, any types of updates my old laptop. It was bought on 2010. And it has a quite good amount of Performance. So please fix my problem...

@CodebreakerSW When you tap on F10 during a restart, it should ideally take you to the BIOS screen, that said, the Admin password is set by the administrator of the device, and only the administrator can unlock, if you aren't sure about the password, I'm afraid there's no way to reset it as such, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
