Product: HP EliteBook 835 G7 Notebook PC (8RN39AV)

i am a college student, i wanted to use dual boot so i tried to enter into my Laptops Bios of ''HP EliteBook 835g7 AMD Ryzen 5 pro'' but it is showing to enter "Bios Administrator password" i don't know my Bios Password is there is any way to check bios password or remove it or change it ?
