I have been trying to boot from USB drive , but in BIOS options screen  there is no Legacy support and Legacy boot order. Tried disabling the Secure boot and moved USB flash drive/ USB hard disk to top position , but unable to find the bootable USB drive in boot screen when pressed F9. Need help !

Some newer PCs have a second BIOS setting: Disable Booting from Portable Devices.  You should check your settings to see if it is there and if so, turn if off.  IF not, you're out of luck.
