How to disable power on authentication

Hello and thanks in advance for considering my issue. I accidentally enabled the power-on authentication on my business pc, the BIOS password is the administrator password that the IT manager knows. They asked me to solve it myself and I would like to understand how to disable the power-on authentication on the device, to allow me the access without the administrator password each time. He's available to fill the password if required throughout the process.

You can't -- as you need that password to do this and there is no way we or anyone else can provide you that.

You need to return this PC to your company as they will have to reset it and only they have the tools to do that.

And in future, leave things like power on passwords alone!
