Please need help to fix a problem with HP 360 spectre, sometimes it boots and sometimes it doesn`t. I received a message with 3F0 error.

You have not provided the model number, but from what I can tell, all the Spectra models have SSDs not HDDs -- and that can be a serious issue when they overheat, as the SSD becomes unstable. There is nothing you can do to "fix" this as is -- but if the laptop is seriously overheating, then you need to consider getting a laptop base with embedded fans to see if that cools it down enough to make it stable.
