How to fix hp stream 14 charging issue

I plugged in my hp stream 14 laptop this morning and it doesnt power on. I tried different methods to try and reboot it. When the charger is connected it shows a orange light for a few seconds then the light stops and turns on again. This laptop doesnt have a battery that can be removed.

Ive been charging the laptop for some time and the orange blinking light has turned white. Anyone have any ideas whats wrong. I still not able to turn it on

This computer needs to be serviced, Hence ship out the unit in for physical diagnosis as it's not turning on.
