what at can I do and if I have a recovery image will that work to fix this?

Worked like a charm

Much appreciated but now I’m stuck at software installation screen. 

 

This is is where I’ve been having issues previously. Software installation never completes. 

 

2 progress bars both are gray

Top bar shows progress

Bottom Bar never moves
