I cannot get into the bios to change the boot sequence so I can boot from a USB.
If I use the ESC key when booting it just stops with ESC... Pause Startup in the bottom left corner.
If I use the F10 key it just stops at F10... Enter Bios.
If I use the F9 key it just stops with F9... Change Boot sequence
How do I manage to get it to go into what I need to change the boot so it will boot to USB.

You can identify your notebook by entering the BIOS and then using the system information tab. There will be a Product number there. On the bottom of the notebook look for ProdID in tiny letters. That will also serve as adequate identification.
Is there an OS on the notebook?
Do you have a USB flashdrive with a bootable OS or ISO plugged into a port when you tap the F9 key?

Yes there is Windows 10 installed. I cannot get into the Bios so not able to identify that way.
Yes I have tried both with and without a bootable USB in it.
I cannot get into the windows as the previous user changed the password and has just walked out on us.
I just need to get into the Bios so I can get it to boot from the USB and use a program to read the password.
I cannot see any Product Id on it but there is some very faint wording and symbols across the middle bottom of the computer. Totally unreadable even if they are supposed to be letters. If I remember correct it was an AMD processor when bought nearly two years ago.

I have managed to find someone with better eyes than me and with the help of a magnifying glass we have possibly read the Model and Product ID. It is Model: 15-BW027AU and Product Number:1ZH36PA#ABG if we got it correct.
Thank You for helping if we get a reply.
