Product: Pavilion 15.6 "
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook will open only to show the HP logo with a circling dot.  Prior to that is flashes the "safe mode" option in upper left corner and in a second vanishes.  How do I get to safe mode options to see what I s going on?  Ctrl, Alt, Delete does not work.

Getting to SAFE mode in Win10 is a lot more difficult than in older Windows versions:  Safe Mode - Start Windows 10 in - Windows 10 Forums
