I've got the black 3FO error screen. The drives were just erased. No operating systee rt now. My envy x360 laptop can't read a USB drive . Pressing F9 goes to an empty boot options menu. The boot order will not change from OS boot manager, so it will not try USB or network boot. When I press Win + B to enter the bios recovery, it tells me the recovery files are missing or corrupt ? It's an Insyde F.19 bios. What can I do recover/ flash the bios to get it to read the usb and to
