The laptop is boot looping in the sure start bios recovery, for many hours. It will not boot into any bios screen or system diagnostic. I have tried removing the battery and bios battery and power cycling with out them.

I have tried without the SSD and have no change. I made a bootable USB with the driver on it but Win +b /v does not seem to work on devices with sure start does anyone have any  other tips or tricks to get this going?
