Product: HP ENVY dv6-7307tx Notebook PC

Last time i used my laptop it was working completely fine, and i dont use it frequently, so i turned it on, i get a black screen, (the screen doesnt turn on), flashing caps lock button, orange wifi button, fan in background, ive tried many things, nothing is working, i cant tell if it suddenly bricked or a hardware issue, ive read somewhere if the caps lock blinks twice its a bios problem, i tried hard resetting the laptop, using bios buttons windows + b or v, no luck, then ive tried creating a usb bios boot, with the correect bios driver for my laptop , it would try and boot then the screen turns on for a second then sometimes i see a dash blinking on the top left then it restarts and ends up in a loop as long as the usb stick is connected. The bios screen wouldnt open. Nothing is working. Any help please? Im really annoyed about that!
