Product: Hp EliteBook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please help my Hp EliteBook 840 G3 laptop wont Go past Preparing automatic repair it dosent  even progress to diagnosing your pc what it does is it just keeps loading and at a point the hp logo will leave the screen and what will just be there are animating white dashes in the center of the screen and it just keeps animating from left to right non stop it refused to bring up both the choose an option blue screen or any other thing.

 

I tried installing a new operating system it refuses to bring up the windows installation media it just keeps loading and loading and then sometimes it later ends up animating white dashes in the center of the screen and it just keeps animating from left to right and then it just continues like that .

i also tried system restore it all just end on the black screen with animating white dashes  i googled and googled i didnt find anything .

I dont mind loosing my files i just want it to work back.
