My laptop is working fine without any issues and long time back it just asked for the upgrade to windows 10 OS, but I didn't do that. Unfortunately after few days, whenever I turn on my laptop, it is showing only black screen and caps lock led is blinking. I tried all the hp support documents to resolve the issue and there is no luck. I need some one to help me as I need badly of my laptop back in working condition. Thank you.

Hi,
I have tried the same method posted in the video and still there is no luck.
Also I have tried using the Windows key + V and then power on button for some seconds by releasing the power button alone as similar to the Windows key + B and also B button and then power on button for some seconds and then by releasing the power button.
In all these three ways of performing, still the outcome is black screen and capslock LED blinks. Can you please help me how to sort this out. Thank you.
Note:
Caps lock blinks for 5 times slowly and 3 times faster and repeats the same.

Hello @Ramesh_1992
In the current situation, I don't see any hope.
Conclusion and solution:
Remove the harddisk/ssd from your computer and buy another cheap used and ready installed notebook. Then connect your old harddisc/ssd with an sata-to-usb adapter to the new (used) notebook to get access to your (private) data.
This is the most reasonable and only solution I can offer you.
Please report your results.
