Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey recently I have been using my hp spectre for work and all of a sudden it does not power on. It shows that its charging when its connected to the charger but when i press the power button the power led turns on for about 2 seconds and turns off and nothing shows in the display. Please help me troubleshoot this computer. Thanks.

I have the same problem with my Elitebook - press the on button, loud fan noise, then switches off. Just call for an engineer. I did, and two weeks later I am still waiting. I've been told it's a failed motherboard (today) and a driver issue (last week). Keep chasing them, because they cancelled my case without bothering to resolve it.
