Hopefully someone can help. Tried to do a fresh install of Windows 10 and chose the longest option of resetting the laptop.

It got stuck at 20% therefore i had to restart the laptop.

Now it is stuck, it doesnt recognise the harddrive.

Tried a USB install of Windows 10 however it will not progress.

Tried HP recovery tool on flashdrive, however am met with the message "Recovery not supported under current configuration,please enable acceleration option for Intel Smart Response Technology and try again"

I am stuck and would appreciate any help
