Hello, I need help with my laptop!

I have an Hp Zbook 15 G3 that won't turn on, no matter what I do.

The battery is charged (Front led is white while ac is plugged in), and the charger is working (white led light near the charge port is on).

I tried to hard reset it by holding powerbutton for 30second, but the only thing It does is: the caps lock led light up for only 1 second. No continous blinking, the display and power button light are off.

I opened the laptop, unplugged the battery, the rtc battery, discharged the condenser, removed Ram, gpu, Ssd, put everything back together and tried to turn on again, but nothing.

Someone can help me? Ty
