Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (33D88AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hp Zbook power problem There is a solid (not blinking) white light on the caps Num lock key. When I try and hold the power button for twenty seconds or so the lights turn off but when I let go the lights turn back on.
The computer isn’t turning on and I’ve tried everything I’ve read on the internet. I’ve unplugged, removed the battery(tried to start up without battery as well) take the memory one by one, try to reset BIOS by flash memory didn't work, tried to hold down windows key, v key, b key Window v key or B same same, and f10 and f11. Nothing seems to work. Any help or thoughts?
