Hp envy bang and olufsen won't turn on.  I tried removing all plug-ins and power cord, pressing start button for 30 seconds, plugging power cord back in, and pressing start button again.  No response.

Use the HP Diagnostics tool to resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
