I can't get my laptop to boot up. I've checked the chord, everything is fine. There's a blue light on my computer where the chords plugged in. There's no battery I can remove, as it's internal. I haven't used it in about a week so I thought maybe it's just super dead but I'm starting to think it's something else. When I hit the power button, it lights for a second as well as the orange light (wifi indicator maybe) then they go off again. I've seen similar issues but I don't know what else to try. I need this computer to work. It was my dad's and all his pictures are on it and yes, I was dumb and didn't back them up before this.

@Katb88

You didn't tell us which Envy model it is, so we have know way of knowing if it has a removable drive or built-in solid state drive.

If you provide more details, someone here might be able to provide more help.
