Lots of Envy 15s. Need either Product Number or Model Number. Download page for Windows 10 will have an option to download and install UEFI diagnostics which you can put on a thumb drive or install on the hard drive. Also will have a link to order recovery media.

This is actually a few year old laptop but I understand outside the US and Europe new old stock computers are frequently sold and are still new units.

This is the UEFI diagnostic download:

Here is the page explaining it.

Yes these are specs of my laptop. So after downloading what should I do? And how hp logo will show on startup and in PC properties. And yes here in Pakistan and countries like Pakistan these units are widely sold and are new.

After downloading check F2 function and see if you have it. Also reboot and see if logo is there.

I have installed uefi. Then i checked it by F2. Uefi BIOS has been installed with full tests and features. But on PC startup hp logo not showing again and in PC properties too. In uefi BIOS mode system information is showing hp envy 15 and model number also. Just issue is that hp logo not showing on PC startup and in PC properties.

Check the BIOS (F10) and see if maybe there is a logo option there. Try turning off quickboot, which may bypass the logo.

Also check msconfig, the boot tab and see if anything is checked there.

I find it hard to believe your seller could have put the wrong BIOS on but you might check the BIOS version and see if there is an update available. I still think the HP logo is a .bmp in the HP_Tools partition and you just have to turn it on.

For the system properties the logo has to be added in the Windows registry

I didn't find logo option and quick boot option in F10. In Boot options there is not quick boot option. And BIOS version on F. 41. Is this latest, if not then how to upgrade it. Note that I didn't find quick boot in boot options.
