Our notebook is about 3/4 years old and has not been used in a while then my daughter was putting it to factory settings and now it just keep restarting. I have tried somethings I found on you tube but nothing is helping right now. It goes to 64% and then restarts and keeps doing the same thing over and over. Thanks in advance!

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of the notebook?
Use this guide to find that information...

What operating system do you need to reinstall?

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook...

Since the internal recovery system is not working, the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if clean installing W10 get the PC operational again.
Using another working Windows PC, make a bootable W10 USB flash drive installer using the Media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the screen where it asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next, and W10 should install.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
