Hello, my laptop won't turn on after I replaced one of my fans. The power button turns on and the caps lock button blinks 3 long times and 1 short time. During this few moments my old fan turns on but my new one doesn't. I thought the new fan might have done something so I took it out but it still didn't solve my problem. Help please. Thank you.
