Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my laptop started out of nowhere to "endlessly restarting" and not even booting. the fan works and the hard is making his sound when the laptop is running before restarting again. I read in some article that it might be a cause of wrong positioning of hardware components. I  checked the components and none of them has a wrong position or at least as far as I saw. I attached a video showing what happens after I press the power button.

It would be great if I got some help!

Thank you!

Thank you so much for giving the right guidance towards my problem!

The problem was in the memory modules, I released them from their places and reseated them again, and it worked!

Thank you!
