Hp pavilion dm1, dont charge and dont turn on

I have a hp pavillion dm1, i have these since 2013, replaced the battery twice, now the battery is dead but it still it works when plugged in. I left my laptop for 2 weeks and now it wont turn on, and even the LED light doesnt light up white or orange, usually when charging it turns orange and white when full, i assumed that the adaptor is broken so i bought a new one but now when i plugged it in it doesnt light and when i try to power on the laptop the LED flashes 3 white lights and doesnt turned on. Help please

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.


Or you can conatct a local service center for repair.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.


4)Select the country from the drop-down.


5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
