Hello @oliboli,
Thanks for the reply!
To assist you better, I need to know a few more details about your issue.
- You mentioned the screen goes blank and then not comes back. Then how did you update the drivers?
- Do you mean that the PC goes into sleep mode, but will not wake up from the sleep mode if you press the power button?
Let me know the details.
Thank you & have a great day!

Dear Mr Dvortex
I am sorry because I dont be exact about my issue.
A few days ago I connect my laptop to TV and like i see later when laptop goes to sleep and wake up black screen appears. When they was at sleep mode then I touch the pad or keyboard pc start to work but dont see anything on screen, the screen was black. Then I must to take hard reset.
It was not very disturbed but i wont to resolve this. On the HP support i cant find mayor part of drivers for my laptop..this is very disturbing for me...ok If I run Driver Buster 4 they told that I have all drivers up to date but I dont now if that is true??
Drivers for HD graphic PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F31&SUBSYS_227C103C&REV_0E i install with Intell driver update program and i have this version: win64_153343.4425.exe...if i start driver update i give a message that this driver is the best for my system??
I think that my pc is f170nm?? I am sorry my mistake I have 17 inch laptop.
I dont find driver for beatsaudio?
Please help me..and Happy New Year 🙂

Hello @oliboli,
Try the steps mentioned here to fix the sleep mode issue: http://hp.care/2fei8W3
Also, use the Intel driver update utility to update your graphic drivers. Go to http://hp.care/2cu13pK to download and run the intel driver update utility.
Good luck & Wish you a very happy new year 🙂
