Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my laptop was working fine only issue I have is dead battery so I have to always keep it plugged or it will shut down  immediately. After doing some work I turn it off normally then the next day I try to turn it on but it won't power on it flash power light and the f10 light at the same time repeatedly unless I unplug the power supply cord

 

I tried to remove the battery hold power button for 1min  plug it back without  the battery  but no success 

 

Remove de cmos battery for 30 min still the same thing 

Replace cmos battery still the same thing

 

I Put a new battery let it charge try to power it on with only battery it didn't  work  then i tried battery with power supply still no success

 

I don't know what could went wrong  can someone please help me
