Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop boots on with a blue screen of death and tries automatic repair but fails every time and I have tried all the fixes on YouTube and I don’t have a CD or USB with windows and I don’t wanna pay for a new copy of Windows also I do not care about losing the data on the laptop and I just want for it to work properly again.

Stop code :Critical service error failed

Please help!!

Hi:

 

You don't need to buy a new copy of W10.  The W10 product key is in the BIOS.

 

Clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation drive using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below.

When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W10 should begin to install.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Clean installing W10 and deleting all the partitions will allow you to have the maximum amount of drive space for a couple programs and files and future Windows updates.

Unfortunately, not.

 

You'll have to ask a friend or relative if they would make a bootable USB W10 flash drive installer  for you.
