Beep codes and reset instructions
Click here for AIO or desktop codes
Do any of these blink codes match what you see?

I cannot find the beep codes from the link that you have given me, but as I said before without plugging in with the adapter and powering it on (there seems to be continous non stop blinks on the power led) second, if I plug it in (both the ac led and the power led simultaneously long blink). Waiting for your reply.

Try hard reset one more time and if that doesn't work you'll have to take it to a shop

It is either the power supply or the laptop and I suspect the problem is the laptop.
You can take the memory chips out, clean them, and put them back in and see if that works
What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?

Gaming systems typically run hot and frequently need a laptop cooler to set on if they cannot get enough air. It is likely the circuitry is damaged and not repairable if it overheated.
If damage was caused by power surge due to electrical storm then repairable but costly unless the damage was just to the charger adapter. It is remotely possible that the battery charger is defective you should take the laptop someplace to like a retail shop and just ask the sales person to try it with their charger. If the charger makes it work then just buy the charger .Don't give your laptop to their tech support because then they'll want to get paid to do the test. If you buy a charger online you'll probably end up with two working Chargers and a defective laptop.
If damage was caused by bad bios update then repairable and can or could be cheap by having a shop replace the chip or reprogram it with a programmer.
You did not mention how the problem first came up. I assume your warranty expired?

sorry for not explaining how the problem started ( I properly shut it down at night and when i turned it on it wont boot) i got confused because if the board was damaged, the laptop would shut down immediately(i assumed). anyway thanks for the support
