Hi, I have a problem where I restarted my laptop and and when I turned it back on, it took me to a screen where it said disk error ,this could take a couple of hours and it’s been like this for a couple of hours and nothing has happened and I don’t know what to do and I’m stuck in a loop where it just says disk error. I’m trying to get some work done, but I can’t do it while my computer is like this. Any help would be great

This nearly always means the primary drive has failed, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
