Which BIOS file are you using to make the BIOS recovery usb? Try BIOS F.42 from your Support page if it isn't the one you tried:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412/model/17072879

I have been told HP is releasing a new BIOS to address this problem on BSxxx series laptops but I am not sure when it will be posted on your Support page. If you are still in warranty I would contact HP:

Not working because I can't see any single thing on my

Laptop only black screen

I try to reset bios by removing

HDD ram and cmos battery

And removed all electricity

Then insert cmos battery ram

And try to boot but nothing comes on screen

Then insert all the hard back and try again

But no help

It's hp fault the release bad bios update

Now who going to fix this **bleep**

I did that before you tell me to do that

But nothing works

I tried to reset bios by my self but no luck

1.) Disconnected HDD, Cmos Battery, RAM, and DVD drive.

2.) Drain power by keeping the power button in for 20 secs

3.) Then restart the Notebook again. (all still disconnected)

4.) You won't see any changes... Power off - Notebook after a few seconds.

5.) Reinstall RAM and CMOS battery.

6.) Power on Notebook. message on screen: "Request to install HDD with OS" (Already an improvement)

7.) Install HDD and DVD drive

8.) Restart notebook.

9.) Notebook starts same way it always have.

This steps I followed but no luck 😞
