Hello everyone,

I bought a ssd hard, made it my c partion and installed a windows 10 on it 1 year ago.

Yesterday my laptop was infected with an encryption virus and i tried to get my encrypted data back, but i couldn't, so i gave up.

I tried to install a new windows 10 64bits to format my whole harddisk and my ssd hard too to make them clean.

I put my usb which contains the windows and go to the boot, everything was okay.

After formating the hard and ssd and installing windows, it is appeared a msg on the screen that the laptop will restart to complete the installation.

My problem is the windows doesn't restart and it stays on this screen!!

I tried to install windows 8 and the same problem happens!!

I don't know the solution of this problem and what should i do?!!

Please help..
