I need to speak with a person, not a virtual agent.  Do you have a phone number for someone who can reset my administrator's password?

I see from your post that you are having issues with the Administrator password. Don't worry I'll do my best to help you with this.

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Is it Windows login password or Bios password?

If this is to do with Windows login password? What type of account have you created? Is it local account or Microsoft account.

Did you attempt to reset using the safe mode or the recovery manager?

Have you checked any forums post? I you haven't, Here's a related HP forums post which seems to have helped others: Click here

 

If this is to do with the Bios password, You would have to Contact HP for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.  
 

Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP. 

 

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp

Select the product type.

Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

Select the country from the drop-down.

You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.    

They will be happy to assist you immediately.
