HP ENVY - 17-bw0000na
Microsoft Windows 11

My notebook has been running windows 11 for some time - at least a year - whilst updating at the weekend I started to get the blue screen. Having read about everything I decided to get a 'fresh copy' but windows 11 would not. also then when I went to log in after entering my password straight to blue screen. So I decided to do a reinstall of windows 11 from a USB. So went to MS store and got to HP cloud recovery tool, entered product ID and downloaded. Put in notebook ( changed bios start up sequence ) and it asked me if I wanted to back up files or install. Went through motions and it then said remove all devices click continue to reboot, so usb out reboot and it does all sorts and ends up rebooting a couple of times before going to a screen saying installing software. As it gets to the end of that it blue screens. I have tried doing it again same result. I have done system tests using F2 all ok, and tried reinstalling using F11 - get same result as below - help? 1..jpg2..jpg3.jpg4.jpgWhen you click detailsWhen you click details
