Hi:

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need to have access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a USB recovery drive to create the recovery media.

lol what if i dont have another PC ??

Im still confused lol i slightly understand but then again i dont.  what if i want to start new and fresh.. like A brand new computer.

I still have to recover and restore saved files and etc just to reset ?

The cloud recovery tool would factory reset the PC, but your notebook does not have enough hard drive space to create the media with.

You're going to have to find another PC to use from a friend or relative.

When you reset your PC, you lose all data on the hard drive.

Unfortunately, none that I know of.

You can try making the recovery media on your notebook if you can get into Windows, but I think it is going to error out and tell you that there is not enough space to create the recovery media.

Those notebooks only come with tiny 32 GB drives, so there is not enough space to do much of anything.

I think HP quit manufacturing notebooks with 32 GB drives because of the huge number of complaints they were getting.
