Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

Please  I set up my lap top with the Microsoft Office suite and other apps this morning. Then I was asked to restart my device as part of installation procedures for one the apps. Well I realised that the I had forgotten my login details and also my security questions did not tallying with my answers.  I suspect it is a case of typos like caps and lower case mix up. But I cannot figure it out. I really need help. Thank you.
