Its been few hours my laptop stuck in this 9% of hp bios recovery. while am playing pubg my laptop screen suddenly display a blue screen with a message that my pc ran into a problem. after that screen gone black. I tried to reset my lap but didnt work. then I tried to switch on laptop few times but inbetween this bios recovery screen appeared. Now its been 3 hours no further improvement from 9% as in the above image. Should i wait more long?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the BIOS update. 

 

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, please try a hard reset - HP Notebook PCs - How to Power Reset your Laptop​

 

If the issue still persists, try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start
