HP Notebook - 15-f272wm (ENERGY STAR)

When I first turn on the laptop it immediately runs an error and restarts, and after it restarts it offers for me to restart again or to go to advanced options, which brings me to a screen with five options, to exit, use a device, use another operating system, troubleshoot, or turn off pc. I have tried completely resetting the laptop and it didn’t work, really any advice on how to fix it would be much appreciated, I can’t afford a new laptop or to take it in to be fixed so this is my last chance

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use another PC and make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

To boot from the installation media after it has been created, plug the USB flash drive into your15-F272wm notebook.

Turn on or restart the notebook.

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from the flash drive and load the Windows installation files.

Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall W10.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
