I have Hp pavillion g6 1004tx , Is it compatible with UEFI firmaware? Can I convert MBR to GPT?

I have Hp pavillion g6 1004tx . Does it compatible with UEFI firm ware? Can I convert my volumes memory addressing scheme from MBR to GPT? I want to do partition on disk. The disk 0 volume type is MBR. When I try to partition the disk, final message says, all of your disks will be converted to dynamic from simple basic. which will not let the windows boot up. So I am trying to change my bios itself to support GPT and then can have multiple disk partitions.

The error message is correct -- as you can only have 4 upper level partitions on an MBR volume and trying to force a fifth will convert ALL the partitions to Dynamic Disks -- something you do not want to do.

But forcing a conversion to GPT and UEFI will not fix a boot issue.

This issue is often due to a failing drive. So, let's check that first, because if it is failing, it would need to be replaced and there is no point then in doing anything else until we confirm that.

If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
If the drive checks out OK, then report that and I can provide you options for reinstalling Windows on your PC.

Sir, Finally as I didnt get answer whether my system supports uefi  or not, and then impatiently I used the command "mbrtogpt.exe /convert  /allowfullos , and unfortunately I ended up with the message,  'no booting device' at the rebooting system and system is not booting up now. All the disk (disk0) is converted from MBR to GPT. I came to know, my system is not supporting Uefi , after doing this !!!!

I s there any solution now to returning back to MBR without losing data and recover my system? I didnt backup my data, as 'above' command itself says , it will not erase my data while converting from MBR to GPT.

If you do searches on converting from MBR to GPT you will see the Microsoft answers tell you to completely back up your drives before doing that as data retention is not guaranteed.

To be honest, in terms of going back to MBR and not losing data, the most likely answer is NO.
