Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop I updated to Windows 11 and now my laptop said locking and shut down on me. I can’t get into it at all.

According to https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06447667, your laptop is certainly compatible to run Windows 11, if only it came with a 10th gen Intel processor.
